As of January 1st, 2021, Pacific States Petroleum proudly implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that fully embodies our commitment to valuing and rewarding our dedicated team members. Under this plan, 100% of PSPI’s company stock was placed into a trust wherein shares are allocated gradually to qualifying employees over time. This approach enables each eligible team member to become a partial owner of PSPI, sharing in the company’s ongoing success and growth.

Our ESOP is designed to directly reward hard work, dedication, and loyalty, mirroring the steady growth of the company’s bottom line. One of the most attractive features of this program is that it is completely funded by PSPI itself — employees do not need to make any financial contributions, nor is this permitted — making it a truly exceptional benefit for our team.

To be eligible for participation in the ESOP, employees must meet several requirements. They need to have completed at least 12 continuous months of service with the company before joining the plan. Additionally, employees must work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year and be at least 21 years old. These guidelines help ensure that the program rewards those invested in the long-term success of PSPI.
