What is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)?

AN ESOP is where a company’s employees accumulate stock shares over time in the company. The plan provides an employee (owner) with significant retirement assets if they are with the company for a long period of time and the company stock has appreciated over the years to retirement. The ESOP is designed to reward employees who remain with PSPI the longest and contribute most to the company’s success.

Positions Available:

We are actively looking for qualified Class A and B drivers to work 4 days (4/10s) a week with flexible scheduling out of our Concord, Sacramento, Stockton, San Marcos, and Norwalk offices. Day shifts begin at 3:00AM-4:00AM, and night shifts begin at 3:00PM-4:00PM.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating a semi-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
  • Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation to shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.
  • Facilitate routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to Shop Supervisor.
  • Fuel heavy equipment and generators.
  • Loading and off-loading petroleum products.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Class (CDL) A or B driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Hazardous Materials Endorsement, Air Brakes and Tankers Endorsement required
  • TWIC Card (within 3 months of employment)
  • Clean DMV record
  • Ability to read general street and city maps

Cal-T

Driver – Full Time

Cal-T, a subsidiary of Pacific States Petroleum, Inc., is a transportation company servicing California. We are currently looking for Class A drivers to work full time. Competitive pay, full benefits, and vacation available.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver goods while operating a tractor-trailer truck, sometimes over intercity routes that could require overnight stays.
  • Record amount and type of cargo being delivered.
  • Comply with all DOT & in-house regulations and rules.
  • Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage covered.
  • Keep truck and associated equipment clean and in good working order.

Qualifications:

  • Class A driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Clean DMV record
  • Ability to read general street and city maps
